Evaluation

I complete a full psychological evaluation during the first meeting and for clinical consultations. This usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. The purpose of the evaluation is to understand your diagnosis and the severity of your symptoms. I conduct a clinical interview and use standardized assessment measures (they are the same for everyone and developed by experts) during evaluations. You will receive feedback and treatment recommendations upon completion of the evaluation. Some clients prefer to have the evaluation spread out over 2 one-hour sessions. One hour evaluations cost $195. Two hour evaluations cost $390.

I specialize in evidence-based, cognitive behavioral treatment of the following anxiety disorders. Fees

My fees are $195 per therapy hour for in office session and $225 per hour for home visits. I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not take insurance. I provide invoices that can be submitted to insurance that may cover out-of-network costs. I accept reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts. Clients are responsible for being aware of their insurance company reimbursement policies. I feel it is important that individuals of all income levels have access to quality mental health care and I am able to accommodate a limited number of clients on a sliding scale. I ask that clients who wish to request a sliding scale complete an application for reduced fees. Cash, check and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment and are due at the time of service. Additional information about fees can be found by reviewing my practice policies and procedures.
